Goto places where dog walkers go such as local parks and talk to
people.and ask them to keep a lookout for your dog. If your pet
has been stolen report it to the police and insist it as reported
as a theft and not a lost animal. Put up posters in the local area
and also hand them to local vets. You could goto
Veterinary Surgeons Website to obtain the email addresses of
vets in your area so you can email or post them the lost dogs picture
& details. If your pet is microchipped report the loss/theft
to the microchip database, this will prevent anybody from re-registering
the chip number.
